John:

1-Siting improperly .

2-Didn’t research on the location of interview and  waited last minute.

3-His phone was not on silent mode.

4-Asking about Vacation.

5-Asking about salary.

6-Didn’t brought enough CV copies.

Jane:

1-Bringing examples of previous work but not her own work for different people.

2-Bringing up not relevant topics like the Christmas lights and wall paint.

3-Not aware of new company activities or current work flow.

4-Not aware of her own CV and work experience and history.

Suggestions:

1-Show up on time.

2-Eye contact with the interviewee.

3-Know the location of the company and a bit of history and activity.

4-Research well on the new position.

5-Study and know what exactly is in the CV.

6-Thank you email after the interview.
